We’re Captain Brenden and Photographer/First Mate Monet, the couple behind Ocean Eco Tours! Originally from opposite sides of the country, we met in Maui and instantly connected over our shared love of the ocean. Whether it’s diving, fishing, or surfing, we’re always the happiest when we’re under the waves.
As a couple-owned and operated small business, we pour our hearts, sweat, and sometimes happy tears into every tour. Our mission is to provide unforgettable, eco-friendly ocean experiences that connect people to the natural beauty and vibrant marine life of Hawaii. We aim to inspire a deeper appreciation for the island’s waters while promoting conservation and respect for the environment. Through personalized tours, we hope to share our love for the ocean and create lasting memories for every guest we meet.

We had an amazing time on the night manta ray tour! Monet and Brenden were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The Mantas got so close to us, and it was truly mesmerizing watching them dance around in the water below us. Definitely add this to your bucket list, you won't regret it!

INCREDIBLE PRIVATE CHARTERS
Went on two private charters, both were amazing- we first booked the offshore adventure where we swam with bottlenose dolphins and oceanic whitetip sharks. We had such a great time with Brenden and Monet so we went back out for the night manta ray snorkel. Both trips were incredible, we were amazed by how much wildlife we encountered. Thank you Monet and Captain Brenden!

GREAT SURFING LESSONS
We took a surf lesson and were expecting to maybe stand up on the boards at best in our first lesson, but we both rode a bunch of waves during the lesson thanks to some great coaching. My wife and I both highly recommend Charles with Ocean Eco Tours!
